DO NOT BUY THE TO GO CUP! I bought one years ago, and the top never fit the cup well. They changed the cup so I figured, why not. Fool me once, then fool me twice. The kid is cracked and will not fit on the cup! NEVER AGAIN! I'm contacting corporate, because they told me that they will not do anything to make it right.
I absolutely love this place! It's a little pricey for being a deli, but it's so worth it! The green tea is to die for, and my favorite is the four cheese griller with turkey. They also have an amazing kids menu!
I don't typically leave bad reviews but Mccalisters won't even respond to my complaint. Use to be on one favorite places to eat until recently (I will no longer do business with them) I will begin with great food if they had employees that could get an order right. Three out of my last 4 orders have been screwed up . I got a blt with no bacon! Really? The very next visit again missing bacon this time on my spud. I notice and ask she goes and ask who ever made it if they put bacon he says yes it's on the bottom. I get home of course zero bacon. Sent in complaints never got a response. Avoid this place. If you do go make sure you double check your order they will screw it up
Clean and attractive deli with good menu options. My Italian chopped salad was a little disappointing - the balsamic dressing was unpleasantly overpowering and the cheese and ham were fresh but bland. The service was acceptable. I would probably return.
6 tables in the rest on a sunday night around 7 pm. Ordered half a beef and cheddar sand and 1/2 potato. Sand bread has burned grill marks and the meat is very dry. Employee walks by and i ask for au jus. I wait, she starts cleaning tables. I go up to the counter myself and ask for au jus. Another girl hands it to me ans tells me future, there is a dollar up charge for the au jus. I tell her i wouldn't need the au jus if the sandwich wasn't burned and dry. Just letting you know for the future. No apologies for the crappy sandwich. No more McAlisters for me.
