I went to the one by grand or shopping center cause I thought it would be a. Good exsperiance it wasn’t I not only waited in line forever I had watched the ladie touch the meat after she got done ringing up my order then touch the sub bun and that’s not the problem the problem was doing all that she wasn’t wearing gloves after she touched a screen on the computer she rang me up on that I know then just her touched threw out the day then after I left instead of causing a scene inside the store my mom called back cause I told her about it and about threw the food away takeoff a 12 Dollors something lose cause it was not worth it she was informed that if it comes out the cooker she was not required to wear gloves to handle food that’s all fine and nastily dandy but the person who wrapped my sub afterwards didn’t wear gloves either so either way it’s a health concern so basically she told us that if someone whipped their ass after haveing the restroom and touched food and it was cooked it was not a health concern I’m current calling the health department do not eat here peoples it’s gross they don’t use gloves and can easily contaminate your food I will never be going back
We have been to this location many times, this time the wife had a few hairs in her sandwich, ya yucky.
I was not pleased with the manager today.
This was my first time at this restaurant. The menu was varied and the service was efficient. My friends and I liked the food and will certainly return.
Ordered chicken parm. As soon as i tried to grab the sandwich everything fell off the bread. Fries are good. Maybe take more time making the sub. I will try again in a couple weeks to see if they're any better
It was insulting. We may not go back after that, since it seems we're not wanted there.
They remade the sandwich. But later the manager came by and told us they don't have hairs like that here. Well, we don't have long black hair either.
We rarely complain. But hair in a sandwich is yucky.
I have enjoyed meals at this establishment several times now and the food is always delicious and prompt. The general manager is friendly and polite. Keep up the good work!
