My purchase at the Lansing, MI store with salesman Mike St. Marie. As I didn’t have a lot of time, he was efficient, no high sales pitch and pleasant. I told him what I was looking for, price range, color and room it was be used in, that’s exactly what he showed me, very knowledgeable of the stores inventory. I’ve worked with Mike as long as I’ve shopped at Art Van, I would guess it’s been at lease fifteen years and have always received excellent and courteous service, and have never been disappointed. Mike St. Marie is a great salesman, it’s almost as if I’m seeing an old friend when I shop.
Art Van has a great selection, with all kinds of styles. Even though the sales people greet you at the door they are very respectful to let you shop but absolutely are there when you need them. Kadie and John at the Lansing Store made my shopping experience fun and I got awesome pricing.
Steve at the West Saginaw location was an awesome guy that really made our first new mattress purchase experience effortless. Steve was friendly and willing to understand what we were looking for, while taking into account that we are newlyweds with little knowledge of picking out a new bed! He helped us pick the perfect bed.
I had nothing but a great experience. Kim and Brandon were fantastic, always responsive and willing to get us the best deal available. All deliveries were on time and the crew was efficient and friendly. So far, we love everything we purchased. I would not hesitate to return for more in the future.
