This place has the best customer service I have every experienced in any service establishment. The staff goes over and beyond for the customer. And I'm not talking about requests. They will offer whatever they can to make you feel valued. I try to shop here before going anywhere else just because I never want this place to close.
I'd never been to this location (Frandor Shopping Center Lansing, Michigan), I hate to say, my experience in this store was less than acceptable. When I walked into the store, not one person/employee greeted me. As a matter of fact, my entire time (about 30 minutes) not a single employee said a word to me, other than an employee that was carrying a letter to the back and said "right behind you", no excuse me, hi mam, no nothing. Needless to say after 30 minutes playing the "Invisible Woman" I walked out empty handed and don't plan on ever going back. If you ask me, they seem snotty and very rude. Lost tons of potential business!
Easily one of the better places to walk around and waste time in. An overwhelming amount of nesting over comes me when I go here and look at all the furniture. Great alcohol selection, too.
