I recently went here in search of a few different items for a new apartment I moved into. Entered on the living room side looked through the whole department walking past 2-3 staffers and not a single one greeted me... they were literally doing nothing besides talking to each other. Made it through to the kitchen and dining side, walking around and past another 3 employees... still not once getting greeted, let alone asked if I needed any help. They missed out on the opportunity of a couple grand in sales that day. It's no wonder why no one is ever here... the worst customer service experience anywhere, in any type of business. Sad.
Wanted a baby chair, they didn't have it so they ordered it.. fair enough... We get there and after a half hour of sitting at customer pick-up to find no one even ordered our chair
Nice furniture at a good price. I couldn't have been happier with the "no pressure" sales team. Our Salesman, Joe, introduced himself and then left us alone for as long as we needed. When we had made our decision, we had to track HIM down. He even worked with us a little on the price. I would highly recommend this place over the other nearby furniture store where there is a salesperson every 30 ft, breathing down your neck.

Couldnt get a Sales Rep up out of the Firniture to help me..They told me they had only 1 chair in my price range and it wasnt what i was looking for at all!! And he wasnt willing to move his Fat Ass to show me any other options nor dod any other sales rep step up to help me!! Worthless Employees!! I would fire them ALL and Hire all New staff!! I will Never go there again and will let everyone i know how i was treated!! I am disabled and was on my walker and was with my Daughter and her new baby..We went straight to the Sales staff instead of just browsing..We were there to buy and not look!! PITIFUL!!
