Yesterday I went to Ashley’s with my wife. We weren’t really looking to buy but we had definitely been looking to replace our living room suit. As we were browsing we were greeted by David M. and that was perfect. He was able to answer our questions with ease and we never felt as if we were being persuaded to buy. He had the knowledge we needed to make our decision. Now our house will be awesome as we host family coming in for the holidays. Thanks.
We were looking for living room furniture and Ashley's has a lot of choices. Our sales rep, Tammy, was amazing. She spent a lot of time with us to help us decide what we wanted. She was very patient with us as we decided what to order from their kiosk with her help and knowledge. The manager, David, was also awesome as he worked his magic and got us a deal we were happy with. Every employee seemed to like their job there. The decor Ashley's carries is top notch and the prices are reasonable. We will be back for more.
Was in town helping some family move, as well as purchase, furniture. With only a slight idea of what we needed in mind, we were in and out much quicker than anticipated. Sunny really went above and beyond with making sure we were happy when we left. Thanks again!

I found a hutch on the Ashley website and was very interested in seeing it before I bought it. Unfortunately it was not on the floor of any Ashley store. In bringing this issue to the store manager, David, he arranged to have a piece of the wood ( so I could match the stain with my kitchen) sent to the store for my approval before a special order was made. I really appreciated his extra effort. Obviously this is a company that really does want to accommodate their patrons.
