A gem of a hotel. Rooms are modern and well-kept. Well equipped for business and vacation travelers. Fitness center and pool are both on the small side. Location near Eastwood plaza, and a short drive from downtown Lansing, is great. Breakfast is good. Staff is courteous and professional.
Very fast check in upon arrival when when using the mobile Check In option. New hotel, four floors. Rooms are roomy, bathroom spacious. Beds nicely firm, soft bedding. Mid-century modern nightstands and dressers, which is a refreshing change from boring hotel decor. Fridge, microwave, small individual cup coffeemaker. Continental breakfast included. Business center in lobby area. Fitness area and very small pool located across from the two large elevators. Located just off expressway, near outdoor mall.
This was a very nice hotel that we stayed at on our way up to Niagara Falls. We didn't get to stay long, got in late that night and it was a short overnight stay since we had to continue on to Niagara Falls the next day. The room was very nice and loved the shower! They did offer breakfast included with our stay and they had lots of items to choose from. If my husband and I were in the area again we would stay here again.
Staff was very friendly, easy parking and fun location. Clean and unique rooms. The walls sound a little thin as we could hear more than normal hallway and other room noises and conversations.
The entire facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was all friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast had a nice selection and was well stocked.
