Hard to believe the negative reviews. This place is a gem. Don't let the outside fool you, inside there is a HUGE selection of GREAT furniture very reasonably priced. You want service? Just ask, the sales people here don't come breathing down your neck approaching you like vultures on dead meat. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and simply want to sell you what you need. Don't miss checking this out the next time you need furniture.
So, enough bullshit about how bad Parks is. They have made furniture buying easy and affordable for my family. Yes, the manager takes time to make sure you know what you're getting. No, you're not going to be hounded like at Art Van. Go to Parks.
The furniture I purchased was cheap. I had problems with it a few weeks after it was delivered to my home. I even TRIED to stop payment on my credit card.

Jason was nice in the beginning, the delivery men were very nice. I never saw the owner, he talks to you from his office upstairs, but he was rude!
Service was decent. They did exactly as advertised and let my fiancee and myself travel the store without the constant bother of many other furniture stores. When it came to buying our living room couches they helped us load our van and were willing to work with us when we had to await for our van to show up (15-20 minutes later than expected... ended up within 5 minutes of closing). Decent selection of furniture and overall good shopping experience!
